The staff was super cute. The breakfast was awesome, with plenty of delicious options. The swimming pool was huge and clean. Everything was beautifully maintained!

The hotel is in a great setting with its own beach. Next to the windsurf centre so ideal for enthusiasts. Spacious room. Very large double bed.

Whilst the reception staff and management were very friendly and polite, some of the service staff were a little too keen to bother my wife when she was left alone poolside in a bikini. The pool and terrace was out of bounds for part of our stay due to a wedding, which was not pre-announced either during booking or upon arrival (those relying on full use of the facilities are advised to enquire in advance) . However, to its credit, the management was considerate enough to offer a reasonable concession on checkout.

The hotel was relaxing and peaceful, I recommend it to all. Everything was excellent, so were pleasant views of the sea. Food was outstanding and excellent, appreciated it.

I was almost going to give this place a good review, but the dirty spa and huge uncomfortable pillows ruined it. I expected an upgrade for my troubles, but clearly that was too much to ask. Add overpriced food and crowded deckchairs, and you've got yourself a disappointment, really. Such a shame.

Marred by poor customer service and housekeeping. They do not seem to know how to manage a 4/5 star hotel. Need to hire a professional General Manager!

the hotel offers a nice private beach and a swimming pool area which is great for relaxation after strolling through the nearby attractions like the fine Cark Plaji, just a few steps away, making it ideal for walking and exploring the picturesque scenery of the area.

Like location, but everthing else is well below the standard for a 4 star hotel.

Cleanliness of the room was very poor - eventhough warned; hotel staff did not take actione and solve the problem during our stay at the hotel.

We enjoyed a beautiful beach that was always clean, along with a huge pool area, made for endless fun for our kids. The breakfast buffet was jam-packed with various items, we left fully satisfied each morning!

Consider renting a car for convenient access to nearby attractions and experiences, as the hotel is between Alacati town and other beach clubs.

Family with children excellent choice

The breakfast was amazing with tons of options and the kids loved the big pool perfect for splashing around.
